Nathan holds a conjoint degree in Property & Commerce with a Major in Finance from the University of Auckland. With over a decade of experience in property investment, he has overseen significant projects for The Botanic and Matvin Group, valued between $50m and $250m. Currently, Nathan manages the Equinox Portfolio as their Development & Asset Manager, focusing on revitalizing their landmark properties across the country. Alongside his wife Amelia, they founded Well Property, committed to providing sustainable, high-quality housing solutions for long-term investment.

Amelia Buckley joins Well Property from an extensive background in the marketing industry. Amelia has been instrumental as a senior project manager in the roll out of solutions and campaigns for some of New Zealand's most iconic brands including Mercury Energy, 2 Degrees, The Warehouse and the New Zealand Olympic Committee. Amelia started her journey in property with her husband Nathan doing up 100 year old Villa in Otahuhu, a real labour of love! Amelia’s keen eye for design and hands on approach to project management, has produced some tremendous results. When, Amelia has some spare time she might be found walking on the beach with her dog, or tending her vegetable garden.
